Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among women and the leading cause of death in women between the ages of 40 and 55. Awareness and early detection may very well be some of our strongest tools we  have against breast cancer. With one in eight women at risk of developing breast cancer in their lifetime, it is important to be aware of the facts about breast cancer. There is hope in the fight against breast cancer – with early detection and treatment, the chance of surviving breast cancer can be over ninety percent.
